A small villa for a great vacation! Take a break from the city crowds and everyday stress in a small oasis of peace, greenery and fresh air. Relax in the heated salt pool overlooking the forest, meadows and gardens ... sunbathe or relax in the shade while your children play carefree on the meadow. Take a walk around the village or visit Opatija, only a 15-minute drive away, and walk along our most famous 12km long promenade "Lungomare". Near the building there is a barn with domestic animals that evoke a complete rural atmosphere.
A 1.6 km long and 2.2-2.5 m wide macadam road leads to the village.

Eines unserer schönsten Ferienhäuser,die wir je gemietet haben😍...Ruhe pur...nette und hilfreiche Vermieter dazu...
Das Haus ist so schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet...auch die Terrasse mit Liegen,Pool Grillecke laden zum Entspannen ein...in jeder Ecke dazu liebevoll dekoriert...
Leider hat das Wetter in unserer Woche nicht ganz so mitgespielt,da es öfter Gewitter gab...aber gut,das war einfach nur Pech...
Abschließend kann man dieses Haus nur mit 5 Sterne + bewerten.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft! Hat jeden Komfort zu bieten. Tolle und sehr ruhige Lage. Der Pool sauber. Das Haus sehr sauber. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber!

Wunderbarer Urlaub in einem sehr liebevoll eingerichteten Haus! Alles war sehr sauber, die Inhaber des Hauses sind mehr als freundlich und zuvorkommend, wir haben uns mehr als wohlgefühlt. Wir werden das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und kommen mit Sicherheit wieder!!

We, family with a 4 year old spent close to a week with only positive experiences. Perfect place for those who want to a calm beautiful retreat (car required) and yet be close to all the buzz in and around Opatija. Terrific and friendly hosts, highly recommended!

The welcome from Sara and Christian was perfect. They spoiled us the whole stay by offering us tomatoes and cucumber from their garden and their cheese and eggs from their chickens. They were good tips for visiting Croatia. The villa is decorated with care, the pool and the surroundings are super well maintained. We highly recommend this rental. We will definitely come back one day!
The path to the villa, from + or - 1km600, is very narrow.
